With over 15 years of experience in eyelash extensions, headspa, and skincare using natural products, I have built ALOHA SPA with all my love and passion for the beauty industry. CANCELLATION POLICY
CLIENT POLICY (ALOHA Headspa & Lashes Policy) 1. APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS • ALOHA Headspa & Lashes is a private studio with only one head spa bed and one lash extension chair, so appointments are required to ensure service availability. • To maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment, only the client receiving the service is allowed in the treatment room. Guests must wait outside. • Deposit Fee: $30 (applies to all services). • If a client cancels or does not show up, the deposit will not be refunded. • Clients wishing to reschedule must notify us at least 24 hours in advance for assistance in rescheduling. 2. PAYMENT & REFUNDS • Accepted payment methods: cash, card, Zelle, Venmo, etc. • No refunds after a service has been completed. 3. SERVICE WARRANTY POLICY • Lash Extensions & Individual Mink Lash: If excessive shedding occurs within 72 hours of application, ALOHA will provide a free touch-up. • Head spa, waxing, and facial services: No warranty, as these treatments are based on individual experiences. 4. AGE REQUIREMENTS • Head spa services: No age restrictions. • Lash extensions: Recommended for clients 18 years and older. • Clients ages 15–17 require parental consent with a signed consent form and ID. • A parent must be present for the first visit to provide in-person consent. 5. LATE ARRIVALS • Arriving up to 10 minutes late: Service will still be provided but may be shortened to accommodate the next client. • Arriving more than 15 minutes late: Appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the deposit will be forfeited. 6. SANITATION & SAFETY • ALOHA follows strict sanitation protocols, ensuring all tools are thoroughly disinfected after each use. • We use nitrile powder-free gloves, which are safe for sensitive skin and minimize the risk of irritation. • Clients with allergies or specific skin/scalp conditions should inform us in advance for proper consultation. • ✅ ALOHA is committed to using premium, safe, and high-quality products: • Lash adhesive is non-toxic and formulated for eye safety. • Facial products are gentle, high-quality, and suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. • Herbal shampoo is made from natural ingredients, free from harsh chemicals, and nourishes hair from root to tip while being safe for all hair and scalp types. 7. SERVICE ETIQUETTE • To ensure a relaxing experience, please refrain from using your phone during lash and head spa services. • Take this time to fully unwind and enjoy your self-care at ALOHA!
